Not probably ever going to compete, just want a nice setup Clean sounding, 1000-1500 rms, 2 10s, 2 12s, or 1 15.. Hell.. Even a few 8s might be cool.. Im pretty open to suggestions Ive been around a while and have nothing bad to say about anything Ive had, but am also willing to explore new options as well.. Been through RF, DD, DC, JL, RE and Soundstream.. Currently I am running one of my 2 DC lvl 3 12s, off a AQ 1200d @ 2 ohms in my grand prix, as the other needs a recone ( bad leads/coil ) .. I also Have a RE SX12 that also needs a recone, as that cone is frozen solid.. So what Im thinking, Is since I only need one for my Grand prix, because its not gonna get loud anyways, ( I know Thors is, but I am obviously not him , lol ) I was thinking maybe recone both of my DC lvl 3s with the new (M2???) cones, and throw those in the eclipse, to save myself about $300 right off the bat ( from just buying a recone instead of $500+ on new subs... UNLESS there is a good bang for the buck sub that would outperform a pair of level 3s with the newer coils..?? Just looking for options guys, Amps especially, and something efficient, as it will probably be on stock electrical for a while Thanks again!
