Joe X
Here is a suggestion 2xSundown Zv312 subs up/port back: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 35 HzVb = 4 ft^3External Height = 15 inExternal Width = 36 inExternal Depth = 21.375 inPort Width = 4 5/8 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 36 x 21 3/8Left & Right Sides = 19 7/8 x 12 3/42x Front = 15 11/16 x 12 3/4Back = 36 x 12 3/4Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:2 x Front to Back = 17 9/16 x 12 3/42 x Extension = 1 1/2 x 12 3/4 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.- The port needs 4 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested. 12volt_Trini
u didnt edit the external cut out parts.....so instead of the cut out being 2 for the top....it will be one....right?....and the front which will be where the port is will be *2.....so it will be 4 cut out of 15 11/16*12 3/4....? Really not sure what all that means. I will say that if you are following the cutsheet above do follow it and do not change anything just cut the parts in the quantities shown and assemble them like in the pic, if you don't understand the cutsheet let someone help you or let someone build it for you. The box is made for subs up/port back to the rear gate, if you feel that you don't want to do it like that, dismiss what I posted and start a design of your own, here is a tutorial thread that was made for learning to calculate your own boxes: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/145174-ported-box-design-a-tutorial-updated-630/page__hl__tutorial
