Need enclosure design for 2 sundown Z v3 12 inch

hey fellaz.....

i have 2 v3`s tht need a box......the area tht i have is 15 inches height, 36 inches width and 25 inches depth....i kno they use maximum of 2 cubes

and tht area is about 6 cubes.....the only plave i can really adjust is the depth.....ohhhh and it is foward facing in a toyota corolla wagon....what u guys think will be the best tuning freq.....im thinking 35hz.....it will be powered by a mtx 4001d throwing out just under 4ks....any help i would be grateful

Here is a suggestion 2xSundown Zv312 subs up/port back:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 35 Hz
Vb = 4 ft^3

External Height = 15 in
External Width = 36 in
External Depth = 21.375 in

Port Width = 4 5/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 36 x 21 3/8

Left & Right Sides = 19 7/8 x 12 3/4

2x Front = 15 11/16 x 12 3/4

Back = 36 x 12 3/4

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 17 9/16 x 12 3/4
2 x Extension = 1 1/2 x 12 3/4

Important notes:

- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.

- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- The port needs 4 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

the box in the diagram is upward facing?....would it make any difference if i put the subs infront with the port also i cannt use 16 inches for the height.....but i do have the depth would i be able to use the extra inch on the depth because i can use up to 26 inches in depth.....the width is fine....thanks any help is appreciated

i also noticed i will need to use a double baffle facing ?

Changed the height using the extra inch of depth.

ok great the port length remains the same?.....also the box will be complete double baffle?.....and could u give the measurements for the 45`s?

Could u plz provide the 45's for the port??.....i am not using the subs facing up....i am using them facing foward?....so my question is only the front is going to be double boarded....sorry to be a pest but i am new to building!!!

u didnt edit the external cut out parts.....so instead of the cut out being 2 for the top....it will be one....right?....and the front which will be where the port is will be *2.....so it will be 4 cut out of 15 11/16*12 3/4....?

Really not sure what all that means.

I will say that if you are following the cutsheet above do follow it and do not change anything just cut the parts in the quantities shown and assemble them like in the pic, if you don't understand the cutsheet let someone help you or let someone build it for you.
