Jay L.
This deck has a hpf with "through" to "200" in several increments. It also has treble, mid, and bass menu's. Under treble you can adjust the level, -8 to +8, and a freq., 10k, 12.5k, 15k, 17.5k. Same goes for the mid menu. Level -8 to +8. Freq., .5k, 1k, 1.5k, and 2 or 2.5k. Same goes for bass, level -8 to +8. Freq., 60, 80, 120, 150. I understand the levels, but I'm not getting the freq. selections. Currently I have 1 ft-1 with a 5k passive crossover, 1 pwx-10, and 1 pwx-6.5 in each front door. The tweet is running off of deck power. The 10's are bp'd from ~60 to ~4k. The 6.5's are bp'd from ~90 to 5k. If I have the hpf on the deck set to "through", do the freq. settings on the h.u. do anything? Thanks for any help guys. Noel989
The frequency choice is were where your boosting/lowering So if you have it at say 1k that's the signal your boosting/lowering What do you mean by h.u and deck? To me they are the sane thing Build Log - http://www.stevemead...-cruiser-el-pt/
Jay L.
Thanks man. The h.u./deck thing I didn't realize I worded it like that. Kinda strange actually. Don't know why I did that?
