i try to fiberglass my pillar to add 2"tweets and i messed it up bad.everypart has bumps looks really nasty what can i do.nothing looks even.i put alot of putty but still looks nasty after i sand it

get some 60 grit and a grinding wheel and grind that shit out of it, a little elbow grease and some bondo cover up and you should be just fine

and if you could , can you post some decent pictures of what youre talking about ?

sounds like you didn't add body filler over the glass after you were done, to get them smooth, it's a necessity

sand, sand and more sand. Looks like you put the filler on too thick to start, and let it harden too much while applying. Sand all that down smooth, and apply light coats, sanding in between coats.

Thanks, but there's probably 8 hours of sanding on each of those a pillars to get them perfect. Just take your time, and sand a lot more.
