Caddy Eldorado Build Log

Recommended Posts

Ok, well I have posted so many different build logs for this car lol, so I am going to start with what I am doing now becuase I plan on changing the sub stage and the wiring, and re-do the interior soon. If you on the other audio forums I'm sure you seen this car before.

Well first off the equipment for now:

Alarm: Compustar 2w900

HU: Alpine CDA-9887 (need to get my hands on the imprint soon)

Tweets: Image Dynamics CD1-Pro Minis

Mids: (4) 7" Dayton RS-180 (2 per door)

Front Stage Amp: Sundown SAX-100.4 (Ran fully active)

Subs: 2 15" Fully-Loaded Fi BLs

Sub Amp: Sundown SAZ-3000D

Electrical: 2 positive runs of 0/1, Big 3, HC2000, HC2400 & Redtop (I need an alt, I know)

Well first off, I am glassing the doors right now and making custom brackets for the horns, and one of these brackets also will help protect the alarm brain.

Test fitting the speaker locations, I think I have just enough clearance once the fleece is layed down, will find out tommorow. (can get a sneak shot of the horn brackets there lol)

Thx man, I notice you got the same alarm... do you have any idea how to access the menus on it? I try to to set my remote start to voltage sense and some how I messed up and turned my siren off for unlock/lock and I can't get it back lol.
