box design for 1 dd audio 9518

yea its a dual 4 ohm wired to 2 ohms amps were strapped at 2 ohms tuned to put out around 2200 rms but back to the topic can somebody please help me with a box design?

Here is a suggestion BUT make sure to read the notes below the sketch:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 36 Hz
Vb = 6 ft^3

External Height = 19 in
External Width = 37 in
External Depth = 25 in

Port Width = 6 3/8 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.
* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 37 x 25

Left & Right Sides =
Side 1 = 23 1/2 x 16 3/4
Side 2 = 24 1/4 x 16 3/4

Front = 29 7/8 x 16 3/4

Back = 37 x 16 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 17 1/8 x 16 3/4

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Important notes:

- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.

- This box should be operated around subwoofer(s) rated power. If that´s not the case, let me know.

- The port needs 6 3/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.

- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

Dallas u dont just build a box and put whatever power to it. The box has to be built for the power tuning and responce you want.
