can i use both cahnnels on my amp for one sub?

It's a mono block amp if it was a 2 channel you could bridge it. since its a mono block that would do nothing for you at all. the two sets of terminals is to internally parallel your connection to make wiring easier.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

No not really you could just parallel your voice coils at the amp instead of the sub but you would still end up at 2ohms so it would still be the same amount of power.
