SnowDrifter Posted July 26, 2013 Report Posted July 26, 2013 Ahh ok. I misunderstood Unplug RCAs from amp = no more protect? What if you leave them plugged into the amp but unplug the deck? Also try a 3.5mm to RCA adapter plugged into the amp and play directly off your iPod. Anand Sayroo Posted July 26, 2013 Report Posted July 26, 2013 seems like a ground issue to me.. I've had that problem with my amplifier before and got myself a ground block.. It solved that problem.

Been moving out old apartment so it might be a while before I can get dirty again. Lol im going to be doing alot of work to my truck. Planning on 4 tens. DD 510 with a 2k. Probably rockford fosgate components on a 400.4. Probably just getting a 0 guage kit with a 2farad capacitor. But I will definitely try that next time I can. Thanks.
