Guest
how much power are you looking at? 2000rms? 4000rms? and at what ohm load?
Bradprobert
Welcome to the forum! when deciding for a 15" sub in that range most people will suggest one that is in the upper portion of your price range. Most of the brands the guys will suggest to you are pretty equal as far as playing ability; it all comes down to the install for the performance you will get. I will suggest the sundown sa-15 just because I have and most likely will always buy sundown. The sa-15 is rated for 600RMS but can usually take up to 1000rms daily on CLEAN power. If you narrow it down to a couple of choices then just buy the one that looks the coolest. lol [sharedmedia=garage:vehicles:2223] 4th-order under rear seat build log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/165708-4th-order-under-rear-seat-chevy-extended-cab/#entry2410477 SD, thank for the input. jarrius
You could go with the soundqubed/audioque hdc3 15 http://www.soundqubed.com/HDC315-Copper-Coil-Subwoofer_p_24.html A little over what you would like to spend Or you can go with the 2.5 15s http://www.soundqubed.com/Street-Duty-SDC25-15-D4-Subwoofer_p_12.html There a bit closer but it really depends on your power you want to use 2012 Chevy sonic1xSQ HDC3 12 D2RF R1200d 140 square foot of Q-Mat(soon to be installed) 140.2Db sealed on the dash with TL 142 DB sealed on the dash with another meter (was dead on with the TL at a show i was at) 141 on music. strangeduck,on 02 Jan 2014 - 01:39 AM, said: when my car spins out i just put the car in neutral, turn in the direction i want to go and pucker my asshole
Seymore
I'd probably be running each sub about 500-750.Kinda looking for efficiency in my 15"s. 2001 Civic LX SedanPioneer DEH-7500HD Big 3 in 1/0 Knu CCARockford P500-4RF Punch P165-S in doorsRF Punch P165 in rear deckFront doors deadened with DamplifierNextSQ's new HDS208 8" in a T-line whenever it FINALLY COMES OUT I CAN FINALLY AFFORD IT Bend over and I'll show ya. how is it 2 days work? half a day at most, i may be an idiot, but im not an idiot. Seymore
I think I'm going to go with the SDC2.5's, the reviews sound pretty good and the Youtube videos make 'em look nice.
