skappascrap Posted July 23, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2013 More progress today, finished bogging and sanding all the screw holes inside the box and fiberglassed the front face of the port for a little more strength and to make the paint glossy once it goes on Anyway, on with the pics I snapped during the day! Deadened the spare wheel well, also done the wheel arches but didn't take any pics. Bobo breaking out the router again and getting crazy up in this bitch! Distance from the divider to the port, I reckon it's perfect Hopefully on Saturday night we get the steel round overs and install them, along with some threaded rod on each side of the box to keep it strong, along with trimming the box and trim panels in fluff!! Bought some "minion yellow" paint for the inside of the box and going to put some LED strips in so it lights up through the port, one idea turned into another and yeah...
