Hillage Posted July 18, 2013 Report Posted July 18, 2013 Hello again, back for some more advice :/ I have a 2001 Saturn L200. I am looking for a HO alt but nobody makes an alt that fits plug-n-play. Looking at a mechman universal alt, I don't know what I'm gonna do for a custom bracket. I don't do metal work lol. Anybody have some advice on this? (Big 3 is done, planning on purchasing 2x D3100's and a D3400. I need something that can keep up with 3 and eventually 5k RMS). Thanks guys. Always appreciate the help. pnf218 Posted August 1, 2013 Report Posted August 1, 2013 I would be concerned about compatibility. Just got schooled in that myself as I stare at a $600 " name brand" alt that is giving me a charging light. Im being told at least I have more power and bigger alt. Lol not so much considering.
