Sergeant_Skyrim Posted July 23, 2013 Report Posted July 23, 2013 Sounds about right then, but no I've never heard of it happening nor has it happened to me. My only guess as to how it could happen is if you strip the set screws when tightening and they come loose from vibration or something. Just don't over-tighten and you should be fine Build in progress
