If I was selling for 150shipped....and got an offer for 250shipped, I would contact the original buyer/payer w/ a chance to pony up/match it, and if he said no and thougt I was trying to jack the $$ up then it would STILL be a tough decision...but a $100 is worth "burning" one contact in form of a FULL/prompt refund. It's a tough call though, so I'd say both should consider this a lesson learned. This kind of deal is always a sensitive one and OFTEN a gamble.
