0 Gauge Wire ???

Recommended Posts

I have this dis block now, the wire is CCA XS Power. Presently it feeds a RF T600-4. Either this weekend or the next, I'm going to install a RF T1000bdcp. My question was, can that 0 gauge handle 1600rms, or would it be better to just run a power wire straight to the battery? I also ordered some Sky High OFC 0g to feed the T1000. In the near future I'm gonna change all power wire to SH OFC 0g.

yes it can .. it can handle double that, although OFC is better the CCA will be FINE, those Rockford blocks are 1 0 gauge in and two 0 gauge out correct?

looks like you might have to make that whole bigger to feed another run of 0 gauge to the other amp if there behind that wall it looks like

yes it's the one 0 g in and two 0g out. So what I'll do is I think I have enough wire to wire up the amp and also replace the CCA with OFC. Yes your right I might need to do another hole, when I originally did it, the hole fit two 0 g, but once it turns it kinda takes up a lot of room.
