need opinions on a van I might buy. (will windows be problem on side wall)

hey guys so as a few of you know I have a project coming up. I have been looking for an astro van to do a build in and i happened to find one right around the corner from my house. The van Is REALLY clean, well taken care of, very low miles and a great price but.....its the passenger astro van and not the cargo van that I was thinking to buy. Im doing a tunnel that will go right up to and seal against the B pillar so I wouldnt think the windows would be a problem but thought I would ask. Anybody with exp. chime in thx
