MACnonsence6 Posted September 2, 2013 Report Share Posted September 2, 2013 this is the design i have so far for my re se 12s get my recones the 4th so i figured i should prolly start planning out a box i plan to reverse mount them for now being that i put alot of work in the baskets and motors making them pretty. may play around with a push pull configuration heard there was sq benefits to doing that. but my base tuning will be with the woofers in that way when there reverse mounted itll be tuned a little lower. still having a hard time finding out what the displacement of them will be thoughts and or opinions id like to kerf the front and maybe where the port bends would be as well as 45 all corners then bondo/glass them so there perfectly round and smooth but im not sure how that will effect tuning edit/ just realized part of the image was cut off I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha.
