just to let everyone know since paypal and i are having some nice e-mails :D here is a quote from their user agreement regarding the buyer complaint policy

"Even if the buyer’s claim is justified, the buyer will receive a recovery only if there are funds in the seller’s account. RECOVERY OF YOUR CLAIM IS NOT GUARANTEED."

that is a direct copy and the part that is capitalized is also in bold

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer
