Shadow_80613 Posted September 6, 2013 Report Posted September 6, 2013 So I was wanting to know what kind of alternator to get in a 05 Tahoe how many amps and a brand and so on I'm running a AQ 3500.1 amp at 1 ohm for the 4300 watts and I have a xs power s3400 under the hood with big three upgrade any suggestions on the alternator? Would I need to run extra battery's as well? Let me know guys I could use the advise and info thanks!
TeamHT Posted September 6, 2013 Report Posted September 6, 2013 What I would do isn't the bare minimum, but what I would run if it were my set up. 270 amp alternator charging the 3400 with a D3100 in the back Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
