gibblegeibel
which is better to put the sub and port facing the rear of the car in the trunk of the car or put the sub and port facing into the passanger compartment?
Facekicker
Depends on the vehicle and everything else, but I think generally speaking if you can seal the box to the passenger compartment sub & port forward are usually best. If you can't seal it off from the trunk you may find rear firing to work better. 2002 Monte Carlo Started a build log Fi, DC, Mechman, XS Power
Quiet
Depends on the car. My car loves it facing rear. Some cars facing forward works, sometimes you need to seal it off facing forward. Try it out and see how it works. 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.
