Probably close to the low 40's like most other cars, unless you have deadened the hell out of it.

You know you hit it when it gets more violent bass at that frequency.

What would you say to tune the box to if the cars frequency is 42? Also, does that mean you are going to get your violent bass with higher htz notes?

In comparison to my current box which is tuned to 35 htz

Personally if its for daily use I would tune it to the mid 30's like 35 or 36. My box (first one I ever built) will play any type of music and its tuned to 36. It gets fucking low as hell (down to 29hz) and still plays with authority. But I guess I got lucky I would try around that tho just me

When you tune your box higher if I'm correct you will lose out on some of the low end. At 42hz you probly will not be able to play in the 35hz range. To me 42hz is to high but I like lows lol.

This setup is for a sa 12 d2 btw. I am condsidering giving it a little bit bigger box than recomended and tuning to 30 htz also. Really though, building a couple boxes to test wont be bad and im sure there are people around that could use a built box and throw away their pre-fab
