Almost everyone i know who has owned a motorcycle has been in a serious accident, that was either they're fault or not there fault, some lived some died whether it was they're fault or not. It is the gamble you take owning a motorcycle, not saying that this trooper was obviously not paying attention, because he was not, Motor cycles are awesome, but the owner or rider, is always taking a gamble.
