DJ_Stubbs
Need a new amp for my door speakers. Done with my DUAL 400 watt 2ch BS. And im only running the front doors off of that right now. Dont have a huge budget, Looking to spend around $70 hopefully. Is there anything out there that is decent? Would it matter if i just used 2 speakers per channel and got a 2ch? Or should i get a 4ch? 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT 2.0L Flowmaster Single muffler + Tip 4 SoundQubed 6x9s 3-way PolkAudio PA660.4 2 MB Quart Tweeters 2 4" MB Quart 2-way New 8" coming soon! Watch the bass
I guess you for your low budget, i guess you something used from RF or Alpine from Ebay. If you can give a wattage of your comp´s (if there are comp system´s) would it be easyer to guess you something. Watch the bass
If you would read the discription right, you would see that you nee a 2 ch with 80 watt´s RMS on 2 Ohm, or a 4 ch. with 4 x 40 watt RMS. Something like http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rockford-Fosgate-Punch-P200-2-2-Channel-Car-Amplifier-50-Watts-RMS-x-2-/231054148171?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item35cbe6824b, or very nice put out 80 watt´s a 2 Ohm http://www.ebay.com/itm/Soundstream-D60-Nelson-Pass-Car-Audio-Amplifer-J8634-/171121083507?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item27d79c8473, if you ever know Nelson Pass, one of the Amp Guru´s on the planet. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Alpine-MRX-F30-Car-Amp-/171126756730?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item27d7f3157a, surly underrated like every RF amp, would be enoug http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rockford-Fosgate-Amp-200w-4-Way-/181215944383?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item2a314fdebf, http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-PUNCH-4080DSM-OLDSCHOOL-AMP-/321210609946?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item4ac9a4f11a "in the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty" Bob Marley
DJ_Stubbs
I think i found my amp. I did see that it was 40rms each speaker. but im not just doing 4 speakers. i have 2 more in the trunk as well im going to tie into the amp. It will either be this one,http://www.amazon.com/OA600-4-600-Watt-4-Channel-Series-Amplifier/dp/B00BQU1430/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1379612655&sr=8-1&keywords=Mbquart+OA6004+Onyx#productDetailsOr the 800 Watt 4ch Version. But it will probably be the 600 Watt one. The setup right now is 4 6.5" door speakers, 2 trunk 4" speakers, 4 tweeters. 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT 2.0L Flowmaster Single muffler + Tip 4 SoundQubed 6x9s 3-way PolkAudio PA660.4 2 MB Quart Tweeters 2 4" MB Quart 2-way New 8" coming soon!
