soundstream15 Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 my trunk is already sealed well at least 95% but the strangest thing is going on, maybe its my car but with the trunk open, the high bass is louder like 42hz and above but i kinda loose below 36hz its not as strong as it is with trunk close, so with trunk close i loose 42hz and up, not as loud but 36hz and lower is just nasty and louder. i have a 02 grand am 2 door. idk if its just the car but i never heard of something like this, normally you would gain lows with trunk open? the top and sides are sealed pretty damn good. great stuff and gorilla tape, i know where my spare tire is that cardboard thing my box has a gap going over it like not even 1"
