ChevyBoy95 Posted September 29, 2013 Report Share Posted September 29, 2013 Trying to see why mine wont charge and I need someone with one to do a couple things for me. My battery shows dead when I turn it on, screen gets dark, battery in upper corner and then it turns off. I took my battery out (7.2V nicad), reads 6.3V. Secondly, The Charger says 120v in, 12v 500ma out, I DMM'd the charger and got 18v output. So im not sure if the battery is bad, or it wont charge due to too high of charging voltage or something of that sort. So in reality, all i need is someone to DMM their 12v wall charger (little black box charger) that comes with the TPI 440.
