(subs were still out, and wire, and such) heard the 3400 could fit... soooo..' Heard with some trimming.... Laid, like a bozz Takin a break... (at the time, we were working out of a storage shed. Only a couple of you remember that) SINGER went in, like a dream.. and then some.. With some Pr DB blocks Shit is lookin good.... makin some frame grounds for the front bat.. 3400 in, and SINGER is spinning... Its running, and making great voltage, and,... lets go deeper....... ..Gonna make some use of the dampner Acetone, for cleaning.. panels removed, the black goo shit removed best I could...... lets damp I did all I could on the outside, then doubled it where I thought I could, to make the panels fit. (some of you, may remember) That, was not going to work. I fucked up. (god I feel sick about it now) I spent another 4 days ripping ALL THAT work out. And, RE set WTF I was doing. My help, in this matter, was,........ beyond cool. Leggo... Testing front baffle. Also, this was the time we swapped from a center port design to a driver side.. Also, was the time, we changed the TUNE. Everyone told me to buy a "jig" for the router, to cut a circle. I wanted to play. I make my own measurements, and, at work, spaced, and cut my own "jig". (I saw not a lot of reason to buy a circle jig. For me, I don't do this every day. Just needed something, then, and there) Test..... (right then.. wife got home, with a package(s) My US COMPOSITE order. Now then..... lets cut a killer hole... STOKED !! I had to... HAD TO toss one in. Laura as always, supporting. And, then.. 2.... smex smex smex.. Then, slammed it in .... We were rolling...... I took some friendly advise, and gently put a round over, on the back baffle.... lets help that meter, when I want it. I got all sorts a cocky... LOL... So,... anyone know how to fiber glass?
