The headliner is supposed to be supported down both sides by the trim panels. Have you removed them?

You trim panel idea brings up a good point. I have not put them back in yet because I cam still deciding what to do for my beauty panels I have to build. I will throw them back in this weekend to see how much that helps.

Probably still put up some half inch mdf with loctite pl 8x fast grab. Want to also be flew free

I would put some acoustic foam in between the roof and the headliner.

stuff like this

We get that. Liquid nail some of that acoustic foam over ur murdermat because ur headline will hit something soft as it flexes. Softer surface=less audible rattling.

Ok if I am understanding tho sight since I have murdermat on the roof and car glued too the headliner I should also put some egg carton style foam in between them and this should stop all the rattle?
