JesseyMclame
Dead battery or belt slip is my guess Yes. Belt slip will cause that. How will I know I have belt slip ? I have absolutely no squeaking at all, I can see the fan on the alt moving pretty fast, and everthing is running fine. Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. JesseyMclame
Well it turns out both my front and my rear batteries are dead. When batteries die, is it sudden ? Or do they usually slowly die ? Like voltage drops more, more, bam dead. Lol Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. beatindowndablock247
my buddy had the same issue. turned out his batts were also shit and he was told that happened likely cause he had so much draw for so long without the correct charging application. but ever since he replaced em with his new alt he has 0 problems. JesseyMclame
Yeah cause my voltage drop was horrid with the stock alt and no chassis ground. So maybe the batts just Wernt charging properly. Though with stock alt and frame and engine ground in 0 and alt to bat with 0, stock batt would charge at 14 and rear batt would go from 13.2 cold to 12.6-12.8.. So Idk. All I know is everything is proper now so just gotta get some new bats lol. Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs.
