trent420 Posted October 18, 2013 Report Posted October 18, 2013 Has anyone tried running a mmats 3000.1 @ 1/2 ohm? Or a 3000.5 @ 1/4 ohm? Do you think it can safely be done(for music) assuming great electrical?

It will void the warranty, but it can be done in lots of cases. I need to know if anyone has actually tried it, and what their result was.

If you do it, do it knowing you could blow an amp and potentially your subs. Even start a fire. Know the risks and decide for yourself. Neither myself nor anyone here can say it will be safe.
