Lookin for input on how i should use channel 3&4 of my ct125.4

Here is a pics of my trunk so you guys get an idea of the layout. I Plan on using a bunch of CT 6.5 coax speakers. Maybe 4 sets? And i dont know if i want to have a removable box that i put on top of my roof or something, or secured to my trunk lid somehow either top or bottom. Or if i want to try and make a removable box to fit in the cargo area left in my trunk that would be interchangeable so when im at shows i put it in and when im not i take it out, or if i want to make fixed beauty panels that cover all my wires but also have speakers in them that i will keep in my car 24.7
