mmets
Well got some holes cut, sanded a little bit of the areas where i filled in the screw holes, added two more rods and put some resin on the inside corners and around the outside so when it will be a little easier to paint. Have a few spots here and there but it wont be perfect. Hopefully the black paint will fill in some stuff and clean it up a bit. Hopefully can start painting tomorrow at some point. Still need to put in two more rods and the ones i put in today are not perfect. OCD kicked in a little bit then then thought screw it. No big deal. Do have a little something in the mail right now and will post it once it comes in. As of right now my Mechman alt (250) died so had to send it in. Fedex says it will be here Friday though. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)
mmets
Well finished the bracing tonight and painted the box. The first couple were the first and second coat I think and the last one here is with the fourth coat on. Not doing anymore. Tomorrow if the paint is dry I will prime the inside port white and then have some gloss white spray paint to go over it. Depends though if the white primer looks good I may just leave it at that. Tomorrow i have a little surprise coming so will get that up tomorrow sometime. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)

mmets
Little brown truck dropped off a brown box with a nice little surprise for me. Still waiting on my other one from fedex though. The mechman was a 250. The singer here is a 350. Not mad that the mechman got hurt though. Sometimes things happen. To be real about it i really need two alts for what I have though. Talked to Mike a few times and even late at night and needed to get a little more power so this will go in at some point. Still finishing up the box and will try to get it done this weekend but have four classes worth of stuff to do so may not happen. If not it will be a couple weeks. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)

mmets
Calling this done. Not perfect but decent. I'm sure if I used carpet i could hide the imperfections but oh well. I was going to switch everything out this weekend but had a lot of school work i needed to get done and re-built my computer with some upgrades and used the left overs to get my wife a decent computer for upstairs. This weekend coming up ill be gone so will have to wait til the following. No big deal. Still have the set up in there now so its not like I'm without. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)
mmets
Well started to tear down and re-do this set up. Put another 60 feet of hush mat in, found some burnt crossovers (you can see my dc 175.4+mezzo=crisp post), took out the old box, put in the new one. just need to drill some holes for the bus bars and put the singer alt in. That will be tomorrow at some point. Here are some pics from tonight. Not sure if they are in any order though. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)
mmets
So finished up today. Not too bad for a day and half work. Took the mezzo crossovers out and they are running active now. Not too bad. Sound better than when they were hooked up to the crossovers. Got the Singer alt in, hooked up the batteries and all the wires. Back in business again. Will get a vid or two up Monday. Don't want to piss off the neighbors today. Here's what she looks like now. I wanna say the sticker is good for 1.3 dbz but at least its not breaking a sweat http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/177477-slowboring-07-trailblazer-build/Pioneer DEH-80PRSPRV 8MR400-NDY (eight) PRV TW350Ti (6)Sky High 1/0 OFC, 12 gauge and 8 gaugeTM Metalworkz battery terminals 120 sqft HushmatXS Power D3100 (6)Singer 350 Amp Alt Singer 320 (2)American Bass SQL3200 JL Audio JX360/4 Crossfire XS 8K (2) DC Audio XL 15s (6)
