2005 infiniti g35x sedan radio add on

Hey guys i want to keep my factory radio and add on amps. Does any one know if this model needs a signal summing peice or can i use something like clean sweep from jl audio or alpine pxe-h660 to convert to rca's? Im not trying to spend a ton on this part just something that can get the job done.

My system plans are

factory head unit with rca out converter add on

mb quart pvm216 2 sets

alpine type r 2 12

kicker zx800.4

ed nine.1

I all ready have every thing but the rca out piece. I know the mb quarts aren't the best but i just wanted to try them out once in my life. probably going to buy morel to replace them.
