I've called more than 12 times at various times of the day, and haven't gotten anyone to pick up. The first time I left a voicemail, and after that it said the vm box was full, and now it doesn't even go to that. Does anyone have a number for them other than the one listed on their site? They don't want to mess with it so I'm on my own with it. But I bought it 5 months ago, so I should still have manufacturer warranty I would think. But I keep calling that number for tech support on their website and it rings and rings and then hangs up on me.
