tell me if me design is good for enclosure for 10" mojo

Building box for 15-mojo10d4 optimal volume is 2.25ft^ ..recomm3nded tuning 35htz. With a 1.5in port width.and 19" port length..my design is 12" high x 15.5 in deep x 30in wide ..but that means the port will be 14 deep from the baffel then 5in deep after the 90° turn ..will this work..seems wierd that the port would be so short after the turn..any1 have any better ideas..? Pushing 500w rms @ 2 ohms

So just so I understand how your box is designed, the port is 1.5" wide x 14" tall x 19" long? And this goes into a 2.25 cubic foot box?

It 10.5" tall on the port because its 3/4" mdf and its a 12" height

the 14 inches is the port length from the baffel in..then it takes a 90° turn and its a 5in length from there to the end of the port

OK, so with that port size and length its going to be tuned to around 30 Hz, not sure if you want that or not. Also a 1.5" x 10.5" port only gives you 15.75 sq. in. of port area, which is on the small side and you might get some port noise.

If you increased the port width from 1.5" to 2.0" and left the length the same that was tune you a lot closer to 35 Hz, if that's what you want, and the increase in port area would certainly be a good thing.
