Port area question

In the torres calculator, the port area rises with the port length.

In all of the calculation I see online port area is only port widthxport height.

If port area is raised as the port length increases what is the calculation because I can't use torres at work.

The total port area doesn't change, the per cube does because the extra length is taking up airspace.

port area shouldn't change with port length. are you sure your not putting int like "desired gross volume" or something thats making it compensate for something?

i've never had torres do this for me before

edit: ninja'd, didn't even think he could be looking at the port area per cube :P

I think you have a bit of truck stuck in your mud bro
