You don't need ear speakers at all, no. A Nice set of components for the doors is great. Your dash should also have plate speakers in it for that year truck. You can probably get a small set of components in the dash too, like 5.25s.

I forgot they changed that from the Pre-1995. The newer dash didn't have those spots. You really should be fine with a good set of components in the doors. The E10s aren't gonna get crazy loud to where they overpower the mids and highs.

What about running a single sd 10

do it I got 2 in a reg cab dakota it stupid loud it slam harder then any 12's in my town

Ports on an angled front baffle are not ideal. Everyone so far has advised you to do round(PVC) or aero ports. Why aren't you considering running round ports?

Please also ditch the idea of 6X9s in separate parts of the subwoofer enclosure.
