I'd like to mount a super tweeter in the stock location. I'll cut a hole in the door if needed but prefer not to at this point 2001 Tahoe. EpicenterDesigns Posted December 6, 2013 Report Share Posted December 6, 2013 If you want to mount a super tweeter in the stock tweeter location of the door, you won't fit it. Right behind and slightly up is the power window motor. You will have plenty of room if you use the stock 6" speaker location. Building The Best.....Repairing The Rest The bitter after-taste of a poor quality job will last far longer than the sweetness of that cheap price!
