i think your score could improve with more vent area.. you have roughly 12 per cuft now.

I would try 15sqin per cuft

That's the problem, I don't really have any more room to increase port area. I think I'm pretty limited with having a small trunk, it's very tight with everything in there. I appreciate the suggestions and I'm open to others if you think it might help.

The one thing I don't want to do right now is change the box. I just got this stuff in a couple months ago and the box is screwed in. I might have to try that a little later down the road. I had a feeling I was gonna have to do stuff like this that I don't want to do at the moment. Once again, thanks for the suggestions.

Clarify this for me Ray. If I'm strapped at .7 my amps see .35. So when I clamped it my rise was to 2ohms so is that split in half? Is each amp at 1 ohm. And is starting ohm is .35 or .7

Would running a sub inverted effect the box tuning on a 4th order? You designed be a ported enclosure, but I was thinking about a 4th order and running the sub inverted to not disturb the sealed chamber, plus youd be able to see the chrome motor throught the port opening, kinda give it a style!

It does yes. But so little that it doesnt matter at all.

No need to worry about it

Ok cool, cause the sealed enclosures for.these subs is a max of 1.25cu ft. so I would use the same size enclosure you designed, but with the loading wall! To be right around a 2:1 ratio!
