sundown sd2 in silverado

Hello guys, looking for a little help on subwoofer fitment. I have an 04 Silverado ext. cab and I have a pair of sundown sd2 12s. The subwoofer has a 5 3/4 inch mounting depth in which most boxes made to fit the Silverado have a 5 3/4 depth, but the magnet is wider than most shallow mount subs. Is this going to be a problem?

idd recommend the twin 10" through or the 4x 8"
