SQ SUBARU Posted December 26, 2013 Report Share Posted December 26, 2013 Check: The gain(s) on the amp The fade, balance etc on the hu Check all speaker wires / rcas and make sure their a clean tight connection. Swap out the rca cables with new ones over the carpet/seats and see if that helps. Are the speakers passive or active? Do you have any crossovers or eqs in the line before if after the amp powering them? Try putting the speakers onto the decks amp and see if that gives you the same output each side. Check all the filters on your amp and headunit, HPF, LPF, bandpass etc. It might not be loud enough or working as it should because it could be getting the wrong frequencies.
