finally found the specs of my subs. can u help me build this box?

I have a pair k012s4 db drive 500watts svc.. i had given specs from a similar sub because i couldnt find these.. so these subs need 1.10cuft of box volume each, a port diameter of 3inches and port length of 12inches tuned to 38hz

My max dimensions are

Width- 33inches

Depth- 16inches maybe more

Height- 15inches

Going in a 03dodge neon

Powered by an 850.1 db drive amp

Looking for the dimensions i can use to get what the subs need thanks.. also im using 1/2mdf since these arent that strong

I would not use. 1/2 in mdf use 3/4 just because they are not powerful they still make pressure which can flex the board.

thicker wood is better. I'd still brace a tad even with the woofers being 500w. you want to eliminate all box vibration possible

Here is a suggestion for 5/8" wood thickness, also tuned a little lower which would help a bit with lower tuned music (like rap) , it can all be changed if wanted:

Here is a suggestion for 3/4" wood could use 5/8" wood thickness (with some changes) but I wouldn't use 1/2" as others pointed out, also tuned a little lower which would help a bit with lower tuned music (like rap) , it can all be changed if wanted:

Looks a bit hard for me but im willing to try it.. if i use the 5/8 how would it change? For those 45s i would use the mdf also right?

I changed the above to 5/8" wood thickness so all changes made, yes, it's also MDF. Bear in mind that the amp is not rated RMS and you will be running at 2 ohm so probably won't be getting too much output from the subs.

But it will be better than the box im using right now right? I bought there at the store and fron what ive seen it isnt 3/4mdf more like 1/2mdf and if im correct its tuned at around 46hz when i entered it in the box calculator

Question: the front cut wont actually be 29 1/4"

More like 27 something like that right?

And the cut, right side of the port is a 5/8" longer than the wall next to the subs?

Ok updated the assembly style to match the pic.
