Jessica Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 single cab trucks are very hard to do ported boxes in with modern subs. A lot have a mounting depth of 4.5 to 6.5 inches. Considering a lot of single cab trucks have about 7-8" of space behind the seat unless you want to literally be on top the steering wheel. i have seen someone deaden the hell out of the back of the cab, and fiberglass and enclosure in using the back of the cab as the back wall of the enclosure. But, that was the 90's and that was not subs like todays that have more motor force. You said you have bucket seats? I guess build your own center console for them, fire them down and port back. I was thinking of putting the speaker facing outwards towards the side so i have enough space for the magnet my bottom length max is like 10" and my max width i believe about 42" and max heigth about 15"
