Ok first off not a vs thread

I currently own kicker zx2500 paired with 2 fi bl 15's no options (1500rms) in a 10 cube box tuned to 35hrz

Vehical: f150 ext cab with rear seat removed for box

Electrical: 340amp singer alty and 2 kinetik 2400 one up front and one in the back I'm in the 14volt range all day

THE QUESTION: would upgrading to a sundown 3500 wired at .5ohm be worth it? Meaning would I hear and feel the difference? I'm about to place the order tonight but can't pull the trigger just because I'm having my douts idk just looking for maybe some advice in this

Would stock fi bl's be able to take 2k rms daily? Or am I pushing it? They sound great off the 1300rms I'm giving them now!

Hope this all made seence

I'm not sure you would hear any difference. If you did it would be minimal at best.

Yeah you would notice. But it wouldn't be night and day. It would pound like crazy. Should you do it? Well, if you like it how it is then no, it if aint broke don't fix it. If you feel like you just need more, then do it. I think they would take the 2k, but there are others that know better than I do, but I think they would be ok. The Sundown would definitely be more than what you have now, but I don't know if its worth buying a new amp just to make it a little louder. I don't know it the extra money would be worth the extra db. If you can sell the kicker and get into the sundown for relatively cheap then yeah i would do it. Plus I'm a Sundown fan so personally I would rather have the Sundown just because it says Sundown on it (all else equal).

I'm not chasing numbers or anything, this vehicle is a daily driver, if I'm only going to gain 1db then that's not worth the $1200 dollar price tag to me!!

I thought you needed 3db increase in order to hear the difference?
