Need help with port

Ok im building my box 5ft^3 for 212"s......and my box dimenssions are 36x14x30 and the port 12.5x6x37 tunned at 30 hz or around there. My problem is that im doing the port in the middle but how do i do 2 90degree bends inside the box i know i have to leave at least the 6 inches wich is the width of the port but how much inches do i do on either side?

The port in the middle (T shaped) is calculated as follows, L1 + L2 = whatever you enter as port length in Torres as port length:
