truthsayer Posted January 12, 2014 Report Posted January 12, 2014 If your carefull and set the gain right you should be ok on the 1,000. But the sq1200 would be pushing your luck. But the sq1200 would be a good match for 2 sa's. truthsayer
Samantha Medina Posted January 12, 2014 Author Report Posted January 12, 2014 I'll probably go with the 1000, the 2011 Dx1000.1 is 1000 rms at 2 ohms so I will go with the d4 and set it up at 2 ohms and maybe later down the road when my bass needs grow I will get another d4 and go with a SQ, thanks for your help

Like truth said, if you have a CLEAN signal to the sub and a proper box, the sa12 can handle it. You would just have to pay attention. If it starts to get stinky turn down the volume.
