JuniorXJ
I took a 13W7 1.5DVC sub in on a trade and guy said he couldn't get it to play. So I hooked my DMM up to it and each VC shows .7 - .8. There is no coil rub and from what I can see the coil looks ok and no smell. I haven't had a chane to hook it up but wanted to see what you all thought could be the problem. P.S. I know JL this JL that I know but deal was to good to pass up. 1998 Jeep Cherokee Headunit: Alpine CDE-143BTEq: NVX XEQ7Front stage: Boston Acoustic 6.5 Component setRear stage : RemovedMid/High Amp : Pioneer GM-X364 70x2 bridgedSubwoofer: Fi BL 18" Dual 2 wired @ 1ohmSub Amp: CT Sounds 1400.1d Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/180586-juniorxjs-98-cherokee-build/

JuniorXJ
Yeah I figure at-least I could sell JL for parts if it comes down to it. Gonna hook it up tomorrow and see what happens. Just figured id ask about the ohm deal to see if it was a simple fix ( I must of been dreaming) or if it was a major fix 1998 Jeep Cherokee Headunit: Alpine CDE-143BTEq: NVX XEQ7Front stage: Boston Acoustic 6.5 Component setRear stage : RemovedMid/High Amp : Pioneer GM-X364 70x2 bridgedSubwoofer: Fi BL 18" Dual 2 wired @ 1ohmSub Amp: CT Sounds 1400.1d Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/180586-juniorxjs-98-cherokee-build/
