la negra
1st off thanks for any advice given. I greatly appreciate it. Heres the specs for a fi n2 15 sub box going in a 01 tahoe. Now my question is when I played with box dimension the ports were internal, but with the layout of sub up ports forward. I have to run them half way externally side by side. So does tuning change? I do know air space does which is fine. Im shooting for 5 cu anyways. It will be a daily box on 2k eventually(1k now). la negra
Droping a hz is not a bad thing. I dont wanna go lower than 32hz or higher than 34hz . I can always make the port shorter. I have two 24in pvc's to cut down to size Thanks fellas keep them answers coming.

alaskanzx5
Google search how to flare the pvc. Basically a metal bowl and,a heat fun. Heat the pvc and push it down on an upside down metal bowl. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
