mrtopnotch561 Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 anybody have any experience with the sounqubed hds200/300 series subs?? not many videos out there or reviews.. specs are scarce.. just wondering if they are any good??
Mikey Bates Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 just got 2 HDS200 15s like last week. in a box tuned to 26HZ ( have another port for 34 ) Running off a rockford Punch1000 ( not the newest version though the glossy finish ones ) birthsheet says 1280 so pretty good match. they play great! sound great! cant beat the price IMO. If you can afford the HDS300 they handle 1200 instead of 600 but whatever floats your tracktor. any build in a friends car im gonna get them these because they are good quality, sound good, and are inexpensive!!!! any questions just ask!

Very good quality woofer. Gets loud and low in my system, however I don't know if it is normal or not but after a few days of playing it started making a weird noise in the dustcap and now it won't stop unless my bass is turned off by my PAC LC1 or if I have the volume low enough. Mikey Bates Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 mine havent done that...not sure what that noise is but cant be good lol
mrtopnotch561 Posted January 19, 2014 Author Report Posted January 19, 2014 yea i was thinking about 2 of the hds300 15's they look pretty good just figured at that price a lot more people would be using them.. so when i dont find to many reviews etc i was wondering if they were any good..
Mikey Bates Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 Personally for the price im beyond impressed! id definatly reccomend them for any type of budget build. if you can afford DC, sundown, FI, etc. i would. but for me when buying multiples id stick with these because cost. but like i said great quality!

Yea im on a bit of a budget and got about 2500 watts to play with so its either go with 2 of the 300 series 15's or wait around and hope something like sundown or fi comes are used for a decent price that can take the power i have.
