kingsuv
i have the same HU. this works perfect. there is a function where you can turn the internal amp off comletely. the only catch is that you have to have a amp for your mids and highs with RCA's from the ouputs on the HU to the mids and highs amp. when i turned the internal amp off i noticed a dramatic difference in sound quality. then you just use your amp to make the needed adjustments. So you can't just raise the cutoff freq on the deck? Hmm Interesting. I would think there is more control on the deck then that. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

cichlidfort
I got all confused from reading all your replies. So give it to me step by step: If I shut down the internal amp then won't all my mids and highs shutoff? I don't want to do that. All I want to do is just find a way to turn down my bass off my mids and highs and keep the subs on. Chris D. knew exactly what my question was about. cichlidfort
Well I did a simple adjustment on the frequency and it fixed the problem just like that. Originally my mids and highs were at 80 Hz but I changed it over to 160 and it sounded A LOT better.
