You can get cool shower curtains from Target or Walmart with sick designs on them for like 10 bucks. I think you could just do the same thing you'd normally do for carpet but with the plastic curtain. You'll need something to secure it to the car with though, less friction. Just staples and or spray mount should hold the plastic onto the box though, me thinks.
