alaskanzx5
15" tall x 36" wide x 18"deep 4.03cuft net 2 4" ports 10" in length each 34hz I didn't use a double baffle or bracing since the subs aren't really going to get much of anything moving but you can add some wooden dowels to brace the box if you want and it wont make a big enough difference for it to be noticeable to the ear. also the same box could be used for other 12" subs that like around 2cuft of volume. google search pvc port flare to find a how to flare pvc to get better efficiency out of the setup. used torres for this. search it here on the forum so you can have a fairly decent program for box design. double check tuning with other port calculators. I just search car stereo port length calc. and use 2-3 different one to double check tuning because torres can be off a little bit. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. HowLowCanYouGo
Those are outside dimensions. Also I would use 3/4 mdf. Nothing for now... Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed? I'd grab Adam's ass and look him in the eyes for a demo of nates truck.

alaskanzx5
no problem. it was quick and easy to do, couldn't find much info on those subs but rule of thumb, roughly 2cuft per 12" and roughly 1 4" round port per 12". painting the inside of the box and getting it nice and smooth should help airflow some to. most likely not to the ear but I would at least paint the pvc ports to give them a nicer look. just take a scotchbrite (rough it up a little to give the paint something to stick to) pad to the inside of the port and try your best. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
